About Embrace and heal ministries
My Philosophy
As a Life coach and Mental Health therapist, I believe in working TOGETHER with my clients to help them achieve balance in their lives, mind, body, and spirit, and strive towards them experiencing the peace and joy of Christ. I hold strongly to the principle that working with the client hand in hand is paramount for building a strong therapeutic alliance, which fosters collaboration, trust, and mutual respect, which aids in the client’s healing and growth.
I believe in creating a warm and conducive environment, to help my client feel supported, comfortable, and most importantly SAFE, which facilitates open communication and allows the client to explore their thoughts and emotions.
I am very passionate about leading my client into a whole new world of possibilities, as WE face trauma from a different perspective. Embrace and Heal Ministries will use sound biblical doctrine, coupled with proven empirical techniques to help the client confront any trauma from their past that is affecting them in the present, which can keep them from walking into their purpose in the future.

Through compassion and unwavering techniques, our clients would be empowered to embark on a journey that focuses on healing the mind, strengthening the body, and awakening the spiritual journey. Our aim is to cultivate a complete individual in a safe and inclusive environment, as they heal and thrive to reclaim their God-given purpose, walk in divine healing, and achieve their life worth living.
